EASY AS 1-2-3 RETURN POLICY

To ensure all our customers are satisfied with their purchase, Ruth's Beauty now offers hassle-free returns for eligible purchases, for store credit ONLY. We understand that buying a lace wig is an investment in how you look and feel.

RETURN POLICY FOR STOCK WIGS

If for any reason you receive your wig and are unhappy with it, you may return it within 7 days of receipt.  Simply click the following link and submit a Ruths Beauty Store Credit Request Form,  and return the item to:

Please include a print out of the Return Order Form with your return.  Once we have received your return, we will confirm the stock wig is in it's original condition.  and issue you a store credit code by email within 2 business days. All returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  We cannot waive any restocking fee so please make sure that you take your head measurements correctly and choose the specifications that best fit your own style including but not limited to the hair texture, hair color, hair length, density, etc. prior to finalizing your order. We here to help! So please call or email us with any questions prior to ordering.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
VERY IMPORTANT: Any wig returned to us for store credit will need to be unworn, washed or cut, with its labels attached and in its original condition. Any wigs that have been damaged due to customer negligence, washed, styled or in any way altered (including finger combing, wetting or applying styling products) cannot be accepted. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been modified upon customer request, including, but not limited to the addition of adjustable straps, attached combs or additional density. Once the lace has been cut, the unit cannot be sent back for a store credit under any circumstances.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
If your item qualifies for a return, as stated in the guidelines above, follow this simple 1-2-3 process to complete your return:
Step 1 Complete and submit a Ruths Beauty Store Credit Request Form.
Step 3 Ship the item(s) to the address provided on the form.
Step 3A store credit code will be sent to you within two business days .

 

 

Important Note:  The returned item must have; the original hairnet, labels and tags attached, and most importantly, must not be altered in any way. Items that have been worn, finger combed or exposed to odors such as perfume or cigarette smoke will not be accepted. If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and will be mailed back at the sender's expense. Upon receipt of eligible returns, we will e-mail you a store credit code, minus a 10% restocking fee, that you may use towards any item(s) available in our store. Please note, store credit will expire after 3 months.

 

Any shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please insure your return shipment as We can not honor the return if it is lost or stolen in transit.
RESTOCKING FEE: All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee of the total purchase price. To avoid paying restocking fees, we encourage you to take your time choosing your lace wig.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Custom Lace Wigs, Clearance items, Accessories, Adhesives and Care Products. Please note that all sales are Final on these products.
